The Nowlin family was definitely Happy in Memphis at the Happy in Memphis 5K and fall festival at Harding Academy on Saturday! I ran the 5K hitting a new PR, Case and Emery both ran the 300 yard kids dash and James cheered us all on! It was such a fun morning!
