All Grown Up

Case got a haircut on Friday. It was sort-of a big deal. I swore I'd wait until he started Kindergarden before I would chop it, but it was time. I really like it a lot and so does he. And although I didn't shed any actual tears over it, I did get a bit choked up when I backed out of my parking spot at the salon and caught a glimpse of him in the rear view mirror. I hardly recognized him he looked so different and so grown up. Still the cutest kid around.

Birthday Boy

Four years ago today, I was enjoying the 2008 Olympic games from my room at Baptist Women's Hospital holding my brand new bundle of joy! And what a joy he has been these past four years! Case, we love you, buddy! Hope you had a great birthday weekend!
