Camp Highland 2015 was definitely a week we won't soon forget! It will forever be known as the year that capture the flag ended on a terribly bad note (with two teens going to the ER). But it was still a great week in many ways. James and I have been with the same group of teens (that are now seniors) for the past three years and it was bittersweet closing out the week knowing it was our last year at camp with them. Just glad to know that we still have the rest of the summer and entire school year ahead of us to look forward to!

Texas Cousins in Tennessee
We enjoyed a special treat this week when we got to spend some time with our Texas family! James' sister and her family stopped by our house on their way to Waverly for the week and the cousins had a great time playing together!
Then on Tuesday we met them in Union City at the Discovery Park of America. It was super cool! We all had a great time! It's definitely worth the drive, especially for kids that are a bit closer to Case's age.

The two-story man slide was definitely the biggest hit!

Summertime Funtime!
We've truly had a great start to the summer! We are now proud members of the Memphis Jewish Community Center and have been enjoying the multitude of water activities that it has to offer! Diving board, lazy river, two big water slides, a mini-water slide for toddlers and much more! We love it there and the best part is that it's only five minutes from our house!

Swimming with friends after church with our small group!
And after two weeks of swimming lessons, I'm excited to say that Emery can officially swim without her puddle jumper! Hooray! Having a blast watching this little fish swim around all over the pool!
