Since the big kids had their big class trips the week before fall break, and James and I both attended those trips. we decided to just stay home for fall break and do some fun things around Memphis.

Oh, how I love summer. Although I have to work in the summers, it still hits differently. The biggest difference being that I don't have to set an alarm and we don't have a zillion places to be in the afternoons. We can do whatever we want and most nights I can cook (if I choose to). I may never want this summer to end ...

And just a few weeks in and we've already checked a few things off our bucket list including, pool time at the JCC, a picnic at Shelby Farms and a trip to the Memphis Zoo. 

Maisy LOVED seeing the animals. She would squeal in delight at every one. So adorable!
