Life

So, as I mentioned in my last post, life has been a little crazy lately and that is going to be to blame for my delinquent blogging. These past several weeks have been a whirlwind. On an exciting note, WE ARE HAVING ANOTHER BABY! Isn't he/she cute? Okay, so maybe you can't tell much from this pic, but we're already in love! I'll be 12 weeks along as of Saturday. That makes the due date April 16. I've nearly got the first trimester whipped. But man, has it been a long road. I have been extremely sick. All day. Every day. It's interfered with my life a great deal. I was not prepared for this as I didn't experience it the first go around with Case, so it's been a little difficult to accept, but the end of it is in sight...hopefully!

And with the beginning of a new life, came the sad loss of a loved one last week. James' grandfather passed away. Thanks to all for your thoughts and prayers. We will miss him a great deal but look forward to seeing him again one day. Below are a few pics of Case with his Great Grand "Paw Neal."

Go Tigers Go!

So, I know I'm a couple of weeks late on this post, but better late than never, right?? And I'm way behind on my blogging in general, but life has been crazy lately to say the least (more on that to come), so my blog has unfortunately been neglected, but I promise to pick back up soon!

So a few weekends ago, we went to the home opener for the Memphis Tigers at Liberty Bowl Stadium. We had a great time and Case even made it until the 4th quarter. Much longer than I anticipated and it was way past his bedtime!

He got pretty into things. He would clap and cheer and wave his pom-pom around. His favorite things were the marching band performances at half-time and he loved seeing the Tiger mascot.
And he even made a friend while there. There was a little girl about his age sitting next to us and they had the best time together. It was too cute!

I will end by saying that it was a day full of football starting with calling the hogs, followed by cheering for the Vols and then heading to the Tiger game to cheer on Memphis. Our poor child is going to grow up very confused!
